Have to say, the FX5200 was probably my favourite of them all, used it in my first real build in school!

Why are you buying the 1GB version? youwould be better just buying the 512MB version and going crossfire.

I have owned virtually every graphic card ever made at some point although in recent years I've swayed towards NVidia, I never really got on well with ATI's drivers but the final straw for me was when I bought a X2900XT which was advertised as "Silent" yet I found that in gaming it was far from it.

It will probably take NVidia to drop the ball again like with the GF5800FX for me to go back, I've bought a few ATI cards in recent times hoping to be surprised by claimed improvements but I usually end up sending them back a day later.
