Id rate corsair and enermax as pretty even, both great psu's, seasonic are also a very reputable brand. Id avoid ezcool as theyre absolute garbage, tried a 500w unit from them that wouldnt even power up the basic s939 rig it was installed in.

Out of all those i would go for the Enermax. The Modu 82+ range are excellent. I have one of the non-modular versions, the Pro 82+ in my second rig and it is a excellent psu.
Avoid EZ-cool at all cost's. It's cheap for a reason.

The ENERMAX MODU82+ 525W is the quietest on that list but the Nexus Value 430W is quieter than the ENERMAX MODU82+ 525W so I'd get the Nexus if I were you.from all of those ...what's the best and the most quiet
