Does anyone know how or where I can apply for this VISA so I can tour more than 1 EU country allowed under it?

No, I don't have UK passport.

So you can get it from any embassy? As long as they are under the Schengen agreement?

As my maximum amount of stay will be switzerland I guess I will have to apply at the swiss embassy.

I think i got around 3 months and around 15 countries when i applied at the German's embassy

Legally, you have to get it from either the country of main visit (determined usually by amount of days) or if you're touring around all equally, then first port of entry.

Once you have it, it shouldn't make a difference and you can go from where you please, but I have read instances of them being fussy if you don't have a stamp already from the country of first visit.
