Real Player (Or plugin) that will let me do this

Hey guys,

I remember a while back needing to get a sound recording off of a youtube video an I was able to 'download' the video ( as a .swf) and rip the sound using aoa audio extractor. This time around I only need to download a video and I can't remember how

I'm sure it was a real player plugin? Can anyone help jog my memory

VideoGet is quite handy too, can download the .flv then convert it to your preferred type (wmv, avi etc) but can also extract the music if it's of good taste
