Win7 32bit and 64bit

That's most likely because it's the RC, their likely to be a bit more concerned and strict in enforcing licence keys with the retail version.

That's a bit rubbish. I was planning on installing 64-bit on my PC, and then I was going to fix up my laptop (hard drive is dying, and I'm going to clean out all the dust), and install 32-bit on it (because it doesn't have 64-bit hardware).
