Some good Wii and 360 party games?

Have a few friends coming over in the week and am looking for a couple of fun games to play. I have sports resort for the wii so there's a couple of games on there and RB2/GHWHT/5 on the 360 with a couple of guitars/mic but I'm looking for simple fun and enjoyable games that are easy to pickup and play.
Any suggestions?

Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Strikers Charged Football.

I've been to parties where people have had a brilliant time with these and the games you've listed above.

Yes, assuming you have 4 controllers of some sort or other!
