I would give housecall.trendmicro.com a try.

If this doesn't work then a quick google search appears to suggest it is more than possible to remove this manually, but there does seem to be quite a few variations.

The thing is... whenever you try and remove this trojan via somthing like trendmicro/pandascan it will just redirect you somewhere else - it won't let you access any websites that are AV related, won't even let me update AVG.

I have tried

CCleaner, AVG (straight install), Windows Defener and Malwarebytes... starting to get on my ****!

try downloading combofix.exe - jsut search google and get look on bleepingcomputer web site.. its the top entry in the google search..

reboot your PC in safe mode, and rename combofix.exe abc.exe (as some virus' stop it running if its still called combofix.exe

Safe mode with networking, check your hosts file is clean and manually remove it, it's not exactly deeply jammed in your OS
