Disk boot failure help

using Gigabite Ga-ep45-dq6

Basically trying to install windows vista ultimate 64 bit, cdrom set boot priority 1, pc boots up and it says : Disk Boot failure , insert system disk press enter ?

disk is inserted nothing happens did i miss something out ?

Hardrives connected to gs0-source and gs1 (purple sata connectors for raid)

are you using a copied cd or genuine copy?
re-check your bios, and have you tried booting the cd on another pc?

yes retail copy of wvista ultimate 64 bit noticed that 1 of hdd had jumper on so took it off still the same flashed bios still the same

edit : same thing happens if i try windows xp disc

changed ide cable still the same

i think its something to do with raid 0 that im trying to set up
