msconfig problems

When ever i try to change what loads up in run this message comes up
(an access denied error was returned while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using an administrator account to make specified changes)
How do i sort all this out. It only started coming up when i updated to sp3

Are you runing as a limited account?
if so, right click on msconfig.exe and select "Run as", in the box that opens, select the bottom button (The Following User) and type in the local admin details.
