Someone who can be bothered to type more will be along shortly, but to sum it up: don't do a fad diet, losing weight and staying healthy is a whole life style change, doing a fad diet to drop some pounds then going back to your original ways will do nothing for you. Eat properly and you will lose weight, plenty of info in this forum to get you started.

Looks like another modified Atkins/CKD/Low carb diet. Yes you can lose fat quickly on these but give it 1-3 months afterwards and you'll be back up there again. It claims up to 10 pounds has been lost in a week, very probable and if you just want to strip the fat for a week on the beach in your bikini/man thong go for it.

Far better to get yourself into a regime of eating a healthy balanced diet that provides all the essential nutrients your body needs. And lose weight through exercise and sensible eating that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life by setting good habits.

As has already been said above. Avoid this kind of fad diet as it wont be any good for you in the long run.
10lbs a week is ridiculous weight to lose unless your 30st as you will be loosing a heavy amount of muscle and will probably still look just as "fat" as you were before but on a smaller frame (if that makes any sense)
You dont need to do diets like this to lose weight, just make the right food choices, give yourself a cheat day/meal every week, have around 6meals per day and monitor your weight and increase/reduce your calories as nessesary.

the diet itself is nothing special and won't cause any long term damage.
it will make you lose weight. it will make you lose weight faster than doing it 'normally'.

what happens after the diet is about you, not the diet.

And for most people who aren't concerned with bodybuilding style routines, they really can't be bothered eating 6 meals a day.
