Basically I need to find an address, I know the post code and where it is. Have something to send up, but can't remember the house number. Tried 192.com but they want to charge me.

Any other way?

Can't seem to find one! Will keep trying though. No street in the area.

sounds like it's down to some old fashioned stalking?

or ask the person you're trying to "send" something to for their address?

Haha, if only it was that simple.

clearly avoiding the stalking issue, I think we've found our answer ;)

other than that, isn't it possible to check cencus' from past years to see who lived at certain addresses, if you know the person and know they've been there for a few years you might find something there?

No only the cenus data upto 1911 is available due to some ridiculous law. The electoral roll will have a persons name and address on but you have to pay to access it.
