I do external tech support for some extra cash outside of work and I was at a client's home last night sorting out a Virgin media issue (VM could not fix it...nothing new there) and when I emerged from under the table fumbling with network cables I felt 2 drops of liquid fall on my head - I wondered for a second and slyly gazed up to see said client gazing like a child in a toy shop at what I was doing and to my horror I noticed his nose was running.....

I could have barfed all over the place but quickly collected my monies and backed away slowly.

I have never washed my hair more thoroughly ever before!

So what's the worst tech support incident you have had?

:(

I can remember doing tech support on the phone, and got a lasses phone number.

Had a few booty calls, etc, then she sent me a picture of her.

Parents and their fifteen year old child gathered behind me as I was looking to see why their internet was slow. Found a S&M porn dialler open on their computer. Cue awkward silence and fifteen year old daughter walking out in disgust.

That's funny! I'm glad that my part time job involved more work in a workshop than in clients houses. I've had a clients dog try to get friendly with me once though.
