Hmm my monitor keeps showing the on screen display adjustment

i have tried pushing all the buttons turning it off and on no joy is it farked.

what happens if you select and press the exit button which is in the osd?

nothing pressing the buttons just does nothing it keeps cycling round

When you say turning it off, have you tried pulling the plug completely so there is no power going to the monitor?
