ASUS P5Q Premium Chassis Intrusion

about 6months everything went fine
and now the stupid motherboard says in every reboot

Fatal Error
Chassis Intrusion

unless I clear the CMOS using the jumper
(and turning the power off)
in which case selecting [F2] to load defaults continues fine

I have replaces the CR2032 Li battery
I have reflashed in DOS mode the BIOS with the latest version
reseller wans me that a replacement takes 4 weeks
that's in Finland

Any ideas? Is this phenomen old news to someone?
AND I have not yet overclocked the system:

Intel Q9550, 2*2G RAM 800MHz, DVD+-RW 2layer SATA,
3*Seagate 1,5TB Sata HD

which reminds me that the system can't find the 3rd HD
and it once lost even the 2nd one

No wonder it was not found on the BIOS:
IT WAS A "MISSING" JUMPER PROBLEM
and it required just one more CMOS reset in order to recognize the "new" jumper
while changing the cables one of them removed the jumper
I check how it works for a while
and then - if everything is well
GLUE
the jumper in place
