Well my graphics card has buggered up in my iMac and I can't justify the cost of buying a new mac, especially at the £ per performance ratio :)

I will be using the PC mainly for gaming and have seen these two setups :

Titan Sabre

or

Titan Hawk

At first glance to me the Sabre looks a better PC for gaming, So i'm just looking for any suggestions or help from you guys? I also don't mind building a PC for around the £600 budget.......

Oh one more thing was going to get this monitor too...

Thanks for any help :)

TitanSabre is better for gaming as the 4890 is a huge improvement over the gts 250. But like Gaff said, better building your own as its cheaper so you can add better parts in.

Cheers for your advice :)

What i'll do if it's OK is spec up a rig for around a £600 budget and check with you guys if it's compatible / value for money etc...

If you could get me started with a CPU that would be a great help as I don't know whether to go for a i5, i7 phenom II black edition etc.. the AMD's seem better value for money but i'm really not sure

I will be using it mainly for gaming (Aion, Crysis etc..) but maybe a bit of photo editing and video conversion.

Erm yeah you can spec and we will see what you have picked. for a £600 pount build, I dont think you can get an i7 with that but you can get and i5 which is better than amd phenom. I5 is great for gaming and good for photo editing aswell.

In my opinion if your not into benchmarks and all that "my PC's obvisously better than yours because my benchmark number is higher" i think thats total crap and people buy the most expensive stuff just to do that.. its baffles me! whats the point in buying a porsche Carrera GT when you have a family of 4 it may be fast, but a much cheaper Vauxhall Zafira would kick its ass in situation. lol

all 3 platforms will do the job you want and buy the looks of things your after a cheap PC so ide cancel out i7 (1366) straight away and start looking at the price ranges of AM3 / i5 you'l most likely get an AM3 setup the cheapest.
