Halloween Fancy Dress ideas needed - Famous Dead People

Hi,

My mate has organised a fancy dress party for Halloween with the 'tasteful' theme of Dead Famous - Famous people who have died. Anyone got any ideas? I want to try and avoid the obvious i.e. Michael Jackson.

There is a prize for the best costume and also extra points if you can incorporate the death into the costume (again very tasteful).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
