I'm getting my first Intel system to replace some of my ageing kit.
Can you guys confirm that I'm not making a mistake here? I'll be adding in my existing drives, video card and power supply.

Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - OEM + Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising Game £142.98
(£124.33) £142.98
(£124.33)
Asus P7P55D Pro Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard £129.98
(£113.03) £129.98
(£113.03)
G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH) £84.99
(£73.90) £84.99
(£73.90)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU Cooler (Socket 939 / AM2 / AM2+ / 775 / 1156 / 1366) £19.99
(£17.38) £19.99
(£17.38)
Total : £388.86

I'm pretty sure this is the kit that I want given the stuff I do, I'd just like to confirm that I'm not gonna get some compatibility beef! (eg the cooler not fitting)

Cheers,
Simon

EDIT: the CPU being OEM says that it only has a one year warranty - I thought all UK products have a minimum of a two year warranty?
