What should I go for, latency or speed?

I'm basically looking for memory that will work in a P55 motherboard with a i5 750 @ 4GHz but I'm unsure if I should go with this set

speed i think, but i doubt the differences is noticeable anyway.

Speed. It allowed for better overclocking.

Latencys now comparped to the AMD x2 ect days mean nothing really.
