Indeed, a lampost makes a smaller V not a large impact point like that, looks like hes hit a drystone wall sideways to me, perhaps on the corner point of the wall.

That would also explain why the rear wheel is snapped off - sliding sideways at speed, hits the kerb (snaps the rear wheel), then hits the wall.

Whatever happened though, the driver was bloody lucky to be alive.

Interestingly the radio has been ripped out as well which makes you think anything of value has already gone. I wouldn't even pay 3.4p for that.

Its an Evo Buddy ;) :p

New shells are not that much tbh, as long as so much of the original car was used it can also go on its original number plate too. Would be an interesting project :D
