How long have 2GB GTX 285 card been out ??

I only just notice there 2GB GTX 285 instock on Ocuk http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-128-OK&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1341

I didn't even know you can get a 2GB GTX 285 card..

i'm not certain but i think i may have browsed through it before. or maybe it was a 1.7gb version. if i'm not mistaken then its been around a while now.

That would have been a 1.792GB GTX260, which would have had doubled up RAM, doubled up RAM on a 280 would be 2GB.

They have only started coming out since Nvidia said that stopping availability of the GT200 chips.

Think is an attempt to ship the last ones out of the door, now that the 58x0 cards are out.
