now that does not sound right, i presume you have another drive installed as well, try running the test with that disconnected, is the ssd got ALL the windows install files one and in sata port 1?

yay! i win the thread! my Boot drive is a ancient 160GB seagate Barracuda from 2004 and it scores 5.1

the drive currently has 16,523 hours on the clock, but as far as SeaGates disk-utility is concerned, it's in perfect health.
I plan to retire it soon.

something is not right then, as your score relates to a standard drive, not a SSD. i get 7.8 for my intel i would imagine your drive would be around that same sort of score.
