Where can I find a copy of XP?

I need a copy of XP Pro to do a re-install on a mate's work machine, if anyone can help. The COA is on the machine, but it came from a company that no longer exists and he has no back up disks.


Quite prepared to pay for it but I didn't want to post in the Wanted Forum as you can only sell new/sealed OS.

It can be downloaded from the:
MSDN Academic Alliance
Takes me about 15/20 mins on my 7000 ish connection

Though you'd need MSDNAA access to get the downloader. Plus you may need to modify the ISO and change the distribution channel to accept what will probably be an OEM key.
