New York Themed... Wedding!

Having recently returned from NYC with a stocking great rock on my finger, I now need to consider wedding plans

I've found it pretty daunting so far, and the only thing we know we want, is a New York themed wedding. Seems to make sense

Does anyone have any good ideas to help us carry this off? Anything from NY postcards to use as invites, cheesecake for dessert, New York songs playing throughout the champagne reception?

Be as inventive as you like!

Instead of getting all your bridesmaids to loose weight get them to eat as much fatty food as then can.

Tiffany Boxes for the wedding favours to go in. Well not the actual boxes as they will cost losts, but pale blue with white ribbon.

Oh table names after streets, or buildings, or bridges.
