What the title says, would like that to include delivery also. Not needing monitor mouse keyboard or OPS, not keen on massive cases, not looking to overclock. Cheaper the better also would like to be future proof and to play directx 11. Thanks

If you are tempted by the I7, the 930 should be out relatively soon if you could hold out for that.

The I7 is definately better, in terms of gaming performance, it would help improve your framerates slightly, but its the Graphics cards that make the difference. Given the above cpu/MB come in at the price of the 920 alone, you are talking another £130+ ontop for the most basic of i7 compatable boards, even more so if you wish to get tri-channel ram.

As such, if you are thinking of swaying towards intel, then I would suggest to stick with the I5.

Imo, depending how much you wanted to push your budget, the AMD above is good, and you could invest the money saved, to upgrade the CPU in say 6 months, when AMD's new line come out(or invest in some games :D)

Then, if your tempted by the I5, and cant wait on the 5850, get 1 0r 2 5770's?

That board seems to support X-fire.

It says Crossfire is supported at 16X/4X:

http://asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=RBA8CzWoopUlYRFZ&templete=2

Anyway considering that the AMD build is around £680 the Core i5 build is around £100 more it should be better IMHO.

Also a pair of HD5770 1GB cards is still faster than an HD5850 1GB.

I would look at this motherboard:

It does Crossfire and SLI at 8X/8X:
