Was hopping to save money in the long run, as when it break they would have to replace it with a newer card FREE.

BFG Europe have gone bust so you will at some pint have to RMA to the US.

A gtx275 is expensive at £200 IMO. You can have a 4890 for around £130 which is as fast or a 5850 for a little over £200.

Definitely opt for the 5850. Im getting a 275 gtx as an rma replacement, may look for a second hand one for sli, definitey not a new one at that price though.

the 275 would be a decent buy at £150 but £200 is just far too much

The 2 year deal OcUK have with XFX is good, I know its a year less but you RMA direct to OcUK.

The 3 year Asus deal seems decent as long as they have got it together dealing with customer RMA's.

Is the Asus one of the versions with the tweaked BIOS ?

Not sure where I first read about it but Slackworth or Fatboy confirmed BFG Europe was a goner. I think we had a few threads about it.

Not gone bust but withdrawn from the European market.

Any warranty with BFG will still honored by BFG Europe in Wales
