Antec902 front off how?

I want to install a new HD in the Antec 902 case.

Manual says slide HD cage forward out of front of case so front panel has to come off.

Both side panels are off and I can see a single bolt on each side facing forwards with a washer under its head. Do I have to remove these two bolts (and then take a big tug with fingers in the big slot under bottom of front panel)? Don't want to remove these two bolts if they are the wrong ones!

If the front panel comes right off I should be able to install the HD without actually removing the HD cage.

The front panel doesn't need to come off to remove the HDD cages. Just unscrew them on both sides and push out the front.
