Out of these two:

a) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-210-OK&groupid=43&catid=1445&subcat=

b) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-180-OK&groupid=43&catid=1445&subcat=

I want something that is able to be a decent solid pc for the price so these two come to mind however can't decide between them as they both good specs for the price.

Also can anyone recommend a decent monitor to go with them? i guess this is the best choice: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-032-DE&groupid=17&catid=949&subcat= ? (ideally do not wish to spend more than £250 so.)

Forgot to add, max i would like to spend is about £800 with everything though i know what speakers/mouse/keyboard i want, perhaps i should go for an i3 system with a BenQ 22 inch?

hmm...20 quid for 2 extra cores and corsair ram. May be a .2Ghz lower clock speed, but that's easily sorted ;), so I'd still go for the quad rig (a) if choosing between those two.

Also, thumbs up on that monitor :)

(why not self-build?)

I like the way overclockers build their pcs hence why not self build, i already have a Goliath which is extremely well built and i am very hard to please when it comes to cable management alone for example. :)

Thanks for the views, i agree i was leaning more towards the quad plus with a 5770 it would be pretty good for everything.
