I've got myself a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3 MA770 and this power supply Corsair CX 400W ATX Power Supply. Browsing the manual for the mobo online last night while waiting for today to roll around and my parts to arrive I spotted a recommendation to use a 500 watt power supply "to be able to take advantage of all the expansion features". I've got phenom II x2, 4GB DDR3 1333, 2 HDs, 1 DVD drive, 1CD drive and a 8800 GT PCI-express. Should I worry about insufficient power and is that supply sufficient also for a graphic card upgrade and overclocking?
