ok im at a loss now and im about to pull my hair out with my Solid State Drive as I think its not performing how it should be.
I thank EVERYONE who has helped me so far but either im missing something or I just lack the info and knowledge in setting this up correctly.
So my call out to anyone in or around the Chester area, with a good understanding of computer and SSD installation, Im willing to pay someone for their time to help me sort out this issue I have and give me a better understanding face to face.
the origins of the problem are here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18121567
anyone ?

thanks

There shouldn't be any setting up to do, just plug in and go.
I presume your motherboard drivers and BIOS are up to date?
Download Memtest and test the memory (you never know).
Could you take the drive round to a friend, install your OS and see how it all runs?
