Hi chaps, just wondering if I can pick your brains so to speak 
I have just got back from holiday, so my van has been sitting for a week. Started it up today and as I set off, put it into first gear and upon releasing the clutch pedal it would make a distinct click (single) noise. It seems to do it when changing to any gear, and sometimes when into neutral but not always.
So possibly some sort of cluth release bearing? or some cable catching on its way? So basically what do you think? Bearing in mind I have to drive it 100 miles tomorrow morning to get to work, but if its something imminent thats about to break I can try and borrow parents car or something.
It's a 2003 VW T4 2.5tdi
