If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the
unusual log in attempts may have been initiated by you.
However, if you are the rightfull holder of the
account, download the form attached to this email, fill the form
and then submit as we try to verify your identity.

If you choose to ignore our request, you leave us no choise
but to temporaly suspend your account.

We ask that you allow at least 72 hours for the case to be
investigated and we strongly recommend to verefy your
account in that time.

The very fact you had to ask probably suggests it's a scam. Plus, it's littered with spelling and grammar mistakes.

Is this some kind of BDSM fantasy interrogation scene with the sub as a captured spy and the dom as police/military/whatever?

Either Paypal are far more incompetent than I think they are or this email is as fake as a three pound note.

Hi welcome to the internet. I'm afraid that you need to post your card number and CVV2 number in this thread to carry on using this site. Otherwise, once you reach 30 posts, your house will explode and your brain will melt.
