Hi Guys

Im getting alittle bored and want to dabble with watercooling. Ive always bought high end air coolers and its always done the trick. My current rig is as follows:

*Intel core duo qx6700 @3.2ghz 1.35v (vdroop1.28v)
*Evga 680i A1 p32
*PC Power & Cooling Turbo Cool 1KW-SR 1000W
*4gb Corsair ram ddr2-6400C4 @ 4-4-4-12 2T
*BFG 8800Gtx 600/2000
*Cretive SoundBlaster X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS
*1TB Samsung F1 32mb cache = Windows 7 Pro x64
*Coolermaster Stacker

I first off want to cool my cpu and later of the GFX card (Im soon going to replace the 8800GTx with nvidia offering or a 5870). Whats the best way to cool the CPU. At the moment im looking at the Corsair H50 or a custom solution. I realise the Corsair H50 isnt expandable so a gfx card expansion cant be done.

Whats your thoughts?

Don't get a kit, or the H50, if you're getting into watercooling to 'dabble'. If that's the reason, do it properly - read around, learn about the different components and how what you buy will affect things. Then when you've done all that you can make an informed decision about what parts will be best for you (bigger is not always better), plan the layout, and build it yourself. It'll keep you occupied for a lot longer, be a lot more satisfying, and be a lot more flexible when you upgrade.

Here's a link to get you started.
