Is reduced salt corned beef healthy?

As above, is it healthy? Or bad for you?

I'm thinking of something to eat and got a tin of corned beef and I'd likely make something where by I'd eat the whole tin in one meal.

Was thinking of grilling it, then shopping it up adding some sort of sauce like pasta sauce to it and having rice and vegetables with it.

It’s got reduced salt so it has some benefit. It might be bad for you if you stuff yourself with it but that can be said of almost anything you eat that way.

not quite in keeping with the thread, however I found a can of corned beef hash in the supermarket the other day and thought I'd give it a punt.

Whatever you do, don't make the mistake I did. Twas awful!
