9700 BB T-Mob MMS probs

Cant seem to send and recieve MMS on my new 9700 Blackberry, been on the phone to t-mob for the past hour to no avail, it worked once and as i put the phone down to them thinking it was solved, it then chucked up cannot send message failure when trying to send a new MMS!.

Very annoyed phones less than a week old and is annoying now!

Anyone have any ideas etc then please to contribute.

Funnily enough i have this problem with one particular contact....if i send an mms to this person it always fails and its not only on Tmobile...even with my vodafone line it does the same...i use both the 9700 and Storm2 and no matter what i do i just cannot send an mms to this person but all my other contacts seem to work...so dont know if its her line thats got a stop on it...

Does it happen to all your contacts or just the one??...all my other contacts i can send an mms quite easily from my tmobile line.
