Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with the various replacement eyecups avalible. Canon ones are about £8-£10 however you can get 2 chinese copies for about £5-£6.

Being that it's only a piece of plastic is it worth paying 4x as much for the canon part?

Thanks :)

I recently lost the eye cup to my camera too and left it till a trip to Hong Kong to replace it.

I believe it cost no less than 3-4 quid for the copy version and there is NO difference imo between this and the official canon version. It's only going to get lost again at some point anyway!
