Which 1366 mobo for ocing?

Hi folks,

It's been a while since I've built my last desktop, been using a laptop for ages now, and I'm looking to put together a decent PC again.

I have my eyes set on an i7 cpu and I'm looking for a good board to match. I don't need 4-way SLI or anything crazy like that, a single graphics card will do me fine, with 2-way SLI being a nice option, but I do want to overclock the CPU.

I'm looking at ASUS P6T, EVGA X58 SLI LE or Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5, but will consider anything

The Gigabyte UD5 is a lovely board and would be my choice. It has loads of features and overclocks very well.

Thanks! Does the UD-number mean anything, apart from the features on the board? I mean are they any more or less stable?
