PDA Print Screen

Hi
I having to make some working instructions on a PDA running windows mobile 6.5 for work. I have seen software that replicates on your PC what is on your PDA when synced so that I could take screen dumps of the PDA GUI to explain in the instructions but I can not find it anywere. Does anyone know of sed software or somthing lilke that?
