How to get ZoomBrowser?

I have Windows 7 64bit and I have a PowerShot S5 IS.

Does anyone know hoe to get the latest ZoomBrowser EX? Also the tools like Photo Stitch. I've only suceeded in downloading a 75MB ZoomBrowser Updater which just asks for a CD.

The updater checks for a current installation, you can either install it from the CD and then update or add the following registry keys and then install.
