How do i enable vsync in metro 2033

Hay all.

Been trying everything still no luck

Got it turn on in ati ccc

Turned on in both user.cfg files.

Also got D3DOverrider forced vsync and triple buffering

Still not working i think.

Enabling vsync meant to give you fos boost right ?

Also to keep your frames at the monitor refresh rate ? mine still goes over 60 when looking at the floor.

Any help would be great thanks.

I've tried turning it on in ccc & in the user cfg files as well and I can't get it to work. I was hoping someone had found a solution.
The game runs very well so far except for the tearing.
