if you don't want or need to watercool your gpu/mobo then stick with air cooling
or get a Corsair H50-1
or get second hand kit (from MM when you set up your trust - see the faq top left)
The whole point of watercooling is only for ultra quite (passive watercooling)
extreme day-to-day clocks on multi gpu rigs (to many hot bits next to each other)
or bling (and air can look amazing if done right).
For every thing else air cooling is better, cheaper, less hassle and doesn't restrict case choice.
Loads of member here are going back to air cooling.
As water cooling just doesn't give the same advantages as it use too, due to air cooler beeing soooooo much better in recent years.
I water cool because I like my pc to make next to no noise (silent freak) and still be OC'ed and run cool without any fans.
But most people would not consider what I've acheive value for money.
