iPhone 3GS

Hello,

I really want a iPhone 3GS however with the new one likely to be out in a few months is it worth waiting in the hope the screen is better etc?

The HTC desire is also nice but to me the menus seem a big sluggish compared to the iPhone, but the screen is obviously bigger.
