Online incomming calls

Hi guys.

As my Ebay business is starting to take off now, I feel it's time that I have some sort of incomming call landline.

I'm pretty sure Skype can do this, does anyone here have experience with using it though? Is it simple to setup and maintain, and what are the costs?

Maybe their's some other software. Please suggest!

Just had a look at Skype, I would have gone through with it but they didn't have my area code.

Vonage is quite useless as you need to have their box installed etc.
