Can anyone help, I'm looking for some baggy combat trousers online, looking for basically ex army stuff but not sure how baggy they will be.

Been looking at

http://www.surplusandadventure.com/...g/airborne-vintage-cargo-trousers-402504.html

But I have bigish legs compared to my waist, 35-36"waist (and falling) and 24" thighs but prefer them to be bigger, is it best to just order huge sizes and get them tailored down or do it a different way?

No surplus shops near you that you can visit? I don't know your location at all, but there are normally loads of small surplus shops dotted around.

Combats tend to be very baggy around the thighs and then go thinner towards the ankle. You should be fine ordering your normal waist size.

You can get cheap new combats off fleabay - cheaper than what your linked shop is charging.
