Replace WD 150GB Raptor RAID0?

Hello all

I'm thinking of selling most of my current system but I'm not sure what to do about my 2 raptors which I have in RAID0, I was thinking of selling both of them and maybe getting 3x or 4x Samsung F3 500gb in RAID0 or maybe an SSD.

What do you think? Keep the raptors or replace them with F3s / SSD?

Rapors or VRaptor?
Either way the only thing that makes sense is replacing them with an SSD. F3's while faster on transfer rates are still slower on IO's and random access.

The older raptors, think I bought them before the VRaptors came out.
