Crashing computer

I made a computer and it doesnt to be working right for some reasons, it sometimes goes to blue screen or just randomly restarts, another thing is yellow and blue lines sometimes come on before it crashes. motherboard problem?

Asus p5pklm
2gb ocz plat
500gb hdd

What gpu are you using?

Try doing some stability testing, ie Prime 95 and mem test to check the ram.
