need help for keyboard changes

i have this dell Inspiron 1545 laptop which i need to change its keys.

i want to change the F1-F10 keys.
mainly the F2 key because its got the 'turn on/off' the wireless
it gets annoying because when i play a game that uses F1-F10, and i press F2, it will 'turn off' wireless. which sucks. =/

i tried some changing keyboard layout apps but most didnt work.

can anyone help?

There's a function key lock setting in the BIOS which should sort this.

or provide instructions on how to do it?
because i dont mess with the BIOS often.
