Custom WC = £150+ with quality components so too expensive
High end air cooling = too heavy

H50/ECO = performance of high end air cooling, light and £66/52 so best compromise

Was considering buying one of these (until my car radiator burst...) and through many hours of research they both seem to perform similarly. So really the price difference is the build quality and brand name. Ive heard a few reports saying that the backplate on the Eco is quite flimsy, so i was leaning towards the Corsair.

Anyway, will watch this with interest.

Was all set to buy the eco but then realised that my case didn't have a 120mm fan mount anywhere nearby (primary system exhaust is only 80 :() which I assume is essential for installation unless the pipes are stiff and can support the radiator/fan assembly?
Anyway moot point now as I might have gone and bought a tuniq tower in my impatientness :p Thanks for all the replies though!
