What's the best solution for this?

I only want to use it to attempt to get the data off my Macbook's hard drive, as it's currently not wanting to boot up OS X, so hopefully I may be able to pull my files off it!

Cheers.

EDIT: Found one, would an "IOMAX 2.5" USB 2.0 External Caddy/Enclosure For 2.5" Laptop SATA Hard Drive. USB Bus Powered - Black" work? ;)

Do you have a desktop with a spare SATA data and power connection? If so, you could simply connect the drive up to the desktop temporally as the 2.5in HDD should have standard SATA connectors. This means you can get access to all the files you want and you don't have to buy anything. It would also be faster than transferring files over USB2.
