Corrupt windows?

I keep on having problems with windows restarting and blue screens and ive replaced. ram,motherboard and im now installing new version of windows xp just incase its that but would it?

Tell us exactly what happens...

Does it just randomly flick blue screen then restart?

Yeh or no blue screen and just restart. Might check the cpu next though if still happens once windows is installed.
