Basically, I have a situation where the Exchange box only handles certain accounts for a domain, so for example it handles [email protected] & [email protected] but doesn't handle [email protected].
The problem is that, if tom tries emailing harry, it fails as the server thinks it's responsible for all email at domain.com but there's no mailbox for harry.
Is there any way I can tell it to forward email for specific users at domain.com (or indeed unknown users) to the ISPs smarthost instead?
